preaching to the choir here but those AI portraits making the rounds lately are so hideous I can't help but question the taste of anyone who shares them.

Also, as someone who has been perpetually trying to query agents for the past year, I have reached a zen state of rejection acceptance.

I know this may sound rude, but it actually makes me feel better about people not getting back to me. It's easier to just think "hey, maybe they deleted it without even looking at it." That's fine.

I don't know who needs to hear this but you can just delete emails without looking at them

Sad to hear about the passing of Tomonobu Itagaki. He was outspoken and one of the last "rock star" game devs. Fondly recalling the story from 13 or so years ago in which he declared that Aerosmith and Armageddon saved his life after a tumultuous, incomplete Japanese release of Dead or Alive 2.
