Oooh ooh ooh and they met a dog-headed daredevil who taught them the first two syllables of a demon's True Name!

- Went to investigate a black obelisk tied to the colonists' disappearance.
- Got into a high-speed tussle with a swarm of giant hell wasps.
- Were aided by the demonic equivalent of the A-Team, it was all pretty silly.

This week in Hell Is Where The Heart Is:
- PCs negotiated a peace treaty with the colony whose leader they (unwittingly) tried to assassinate.
- Investigated another colony that was abandoned, Roanoke-style.
- Found a kickass armored truck there.

I'm at this point, seeing all these incredible projects side by side with mine, where I'm getting bad imposter syndrome.

I so wish my players had a better appreciation for the dramatic effects of failures. I'd make 'em so happy!

One thing I need my players to understand: as a GM, sometimes I'll put your characters through a bad situation, but that's for you to feel good about it when you overcome it.

Oh and they were also given baptism by a demon named Micromanagerix.

- were made the stronghold's Guard Chief by winning a Mario Kart-ass race
- unwittingly tried to assassinate the good guy leader of a friendly colony

It's been fun

So far, in my 'Settlement building in Hell' campaign, the PCs:
- won an election for the colony's leadership, by wiping out the rival candidate's recent memory
- caught and broke a wild demonic hot rod
- brokered a trade deal between a human colony and a demon stronghold

Unbeatable value proposal, I'm in
