You can define phonetics, then a dictionary, then grammar rules, number systems (because not everyone will use base 10), compare languages (say old English to modern English), and even define qnd export a ttf font.
In what little spare time I have, I started developing a tool for constructed languages based on the feedback I heard from some acquaintances.
I’ve learned a lot about how hard it is to code translation from English. Grammar rules are a lot like programming, though, so that helps.
