Using LLMs effectively in a software engineering job is a skill we are all still developing. Some folks have really advanced techniques with multiple LLMs, and I don’t know what else to call this other than a new type of programming.

Oh I agree. Sadly the mobile web is mostly unusable now without an AI to cut through the ads and promos and special offers and pre roll videos and whatever else that’s there instead of content.

Many programmers find LLMs to be very useful, even if they are sometimes wrong. The tool helps them do their job. Like any tool you need to learn how to use it effectively.

After you have enough money, power is all that’s left for some people.

What is your answer though?

Your episodes on ICHH are the primary way I learned about the border situation and the deterrence policy.

Seems like the main downside is that if someone gets in close then the operator / crew have limited options.

If my currency conversion is accurate, this article says that it’ll take about $24K USD to make a bamboo/tree based bridge that will support ped and very light vehicle traffic. This seems like an astonishing value, a rounding error for rich Americans doing philanthropy.

This is how it looks from my world as well. Engineers that don’t use the best tools will eventually be outcompeted by those that do.
