πŸ™„ This is such a pathetic move. Seriously folks got nothing better to do than create bots to harass fanfic writers.

Text reading: Shroud Spears. An edible, light purple root vegetable, native to the Wilds. When they were first discovered, Shroud Spears were the only local source of food for the explorers who landed on the WIld's shores. After eating the roots for the eight month stay in the region, the team returned to the Western Plain with skin the same shade of purple; a color that never quite faded, even after a lifetime back on the mainland

A screenshot of text reading:
β€œActually,” Percy started, opening the trunk to find his belongings, β€œI need your help. I have a well kept secret, which even Cleo doesn’t know.” He pulled out a large notebook, with pieces of paper flying out every which way. β€œI think you could help me with it.” Percy picked up the papers and sat clumsily on his bed, patting the spot beside him. β€œCome on. I don’t bite.”
Anna sat shyly on his side and slowly leaned over to see what he was doing. Her heart thumped widely in her chest, you could almost hear it outside the room.
β€œI write poetry.” Percy said finally.

Text reading: Judge's Habit. Full habit worn by the Judges of the Winter Woodlands' Ministry of Stones. The Ministry of Stones, and its Judges, are not well-known outside of the Woodlands. Any and all diplomacy is handled by Ministry-appointed officials, who speak little of their leaders. Just a writer fighting their demons (people pleasing tendencies vs. understanding not everyone is their reader and that's okay)

90% of writing a book is just having the courage to look at how bad your draft is and staying there at the desk trying to fix it instead of running away.

Creating languages for a #fantasy setting is a love-hate relationship.

On the one hand, I love the flow of language and how cultures absorb and transform each other's words/phrases as they interact, and discovering the repercussions of such exchanges.

On the other, I hate grammar.

Honestly... If it's boring. There's no rhyme or rhythm to what might make something boring compared to another but I just don't have the time or energy to waste on something I'm not invested in.
