I don't understand how you could not find it, except for outlook loving to put stuff in the spam folder. How dare someone new email you?

Oh, yes, this is badgering!

But you don't mean ai, since ml is ai, rather generative ai. Which is the bigger problem.

Coward, coward, coward!
Not normally good lawyering, but it has its place.

And what are the chances she thinks "normalize Indian hate" does not include Brahmin?

Yeah, but I think her talking about Harris's "snatch" speaks for itself.
Despite Bolger kind of losing it at that point.
And that should influence the reading of this one. The jury may decide that Loomer is both a liar and a defamer.
If this shitshow survives a motion to dismiss.

Bolger reached her breaking point, very understandably.

The people who "somewhat disapprove" don't know crazy when they see it, and I wish they would not lump those two together.

Could maybe be used for spotting similar cases.
It's interesting to me that autopilot for aircraft is fully coded, not using machine learning at all. But if developed today, some ML would be used.
Amazing to think of all the variables they coded in, since autopilot lands planes now.

Got it, and thanks.
ML, I agree, is much more useful in medicine, and also fits with a general push to have medicine driven by statistics and proven results rather than doctor intuition.
In legal work ML is useful for document review, but not for legal analysis or brief writing.

This is like how pilots' ability to fly the plane degrades under use of autopilot, unless measures are taken to counter that. But autopilot is extremely reliable, and the doctors KNOW that AI isn't there yet.
And yes, I say "yet" because I think it will get there for a bunch of medical work.

I'm sure there are economists thinking about how they can check the official inflation numbers. Welcome to the resistance.

Detainee locator.
To supplement the official one at least. For detainees at a known location. Ask them who else is there. Some families know where the detainee is, despite the official locator.
Maybe a bad idea, my broader point is just that the resistance can gather it's own data in some cases.

Defense lawyers and families may need to get together and do a private, crowd-sourced one. No government data is reliable at this point.

As all poets know, the more constraints you put on a poem (up to a point, of course) the easier it is to write. More constraints than a human can handle? Perfect for an ai.
Very clever rhyming poems have a place, but it's not what most poetry is about.

Interesting. Can the DC cops arrest someone for something legal in the city?
The National Guard cannot arrest anyone.
The FBI can arrest someone for weed, but they are going to be embarrassed to do that (unless they came in with Trump).

I don't know of any other case where that has happened, that overturning the precedent would overturn the original case.
I'm sure it has but SCOTUS notionally doesn't overturn precedent willy nilly.
It would be an enormous mess, but SCOTUS doesn't have to deal with the consequences of its actions.

Obergefell is quite different from abortion bc you can't reverse an abortion. Whether to let people already married stay married not only means a huge big mess if not, but they could extirpate Obergefell at the root, and the original plaintiffs could find themselves suddenly unmarried.

A brown insect on a white sheet a long needle like poker sticks out of the face, which has two black eyes. The body, past the head, looks a bit like an acorn.

That's great and made me search for what the full body looks like, and the proboscis before drilling begins. Here's a pic from Roads End Naturalist.

If Reddit has a sub for base 12 math (which it should) but doesn't make that fact prominent enough, without trying to fuck anything up, all math can get fucked up.
(In the best way, base 12 is the best base.)
