December 4 is Gunzel Day - a day to recognise train, tram, bus enthusiasts.
The cute little Enoshima Electric Railway (江ノ島電鉄, Enoshima dentetsu) just squeezing through 😄
Riding this regular commuter train was a lovely fun experience last year. I felt like I was in a Studio Ghibli movie.

Yes, when my son was a student at ANU, he was involved with the political party pushing for high-speed rail between Canberra and Sydney. I really wish we had the vision to do big useful things like this.
