Some midweek VO2 max sprints today. I felt it went well.
At the end my watch only said it was a tempo benefit rather than VO2 Max. Next time I think the intervals need to be faster or longer.

My watch suggested a recovery run today that turned out to be a Zone 2 run. I donโt do these typically as I donโt believe I have enough weekly mileage to justify them. But hey, Iโm now part of the trend for a day ๐

Yeah thatโs true, itโs just one of the VO2max variants that i do, I saw it on therunningchannel. Plus just after the warmup I do 3km at half marathon pace so that drains me a bit before I start the VO2max intervals they are more difficult.
