My late, Great friend, Dr. Dick Lee, developed a concept he called the MIC, the most important customer. The process involved deciding who the buying decision-maker is and then developing a product and plan to, not only do the job, but appeal to that key person.

Appealing to decision-makers is critical, you know, the people controlling the budget, making buying decisions.

Find people who work themselves out of a job by developing people to be better than themseelves.
