Oh back pain is just 😣. Mine appears out of nowhere rather regularly these days (I have hyper mobility - Ehler Danlos Syndrome) and it’s very unpleasant. I really hope your recovery is swift 🙏🙏🙏

My hubby’s aunt had it done years ago, she regretted not having it done much sooner, as it made her feel like a new woman (no more back and shoulder pain). Sending healing thoughts 🧡

They alerted me by calling and pretending to be my bank. Although, hubby is excellent at monitoring our account anyway ☺️

They took less than a pound, obviously trying it on, but we stopped it before any larger sum was taken.

Discovered yesterday someone got hold of my bank card number, swiftly blocked it, but it’s all rather annoying 😔. They even called me, pretending to be my bank 🤦‍♀️.

Dobro jutro from Croatia, on my last full day here. I visited my dad’s oldest sister yesterday, she was a staple presence in my life as a kid, so it’s always so good to see her 😊.
