I made a full batch of stock last Tuesday but I’ve already used 3/4 of it because I’ve been making a lot of rice with it this past week

I have “souper cube” style freezer trays, so I also made extra to freeze off in half-cup portions for later

Big batch meal for this week is pineapple chicken: a few pounds of frozen breast/rib meat, a can of crushed pineapple, and a bottle of barbecue sauce. Threw in a diced onion. Gonna serve throughout the week on Hawaiin rolls, rice, or nachos. Various side salads or veggies as available
