I question how the study lumps calorie counting and fitness apps together for the same conclusion. It also included Strava which has a social media element. There are many variations in technology to support health. My Coros watch, for example, allows me to track my mood and feelings about my runs…

Finished the #CappadociaMediumTrail ultra yesterday- 63k, 2000m gain. Challenging race, HOT, fun surprises (natural rock tunnels and scrambles). Views were incredible. Racing an international Solomon event was entirely different from homegrown ultras. 10/10 experience. #TrailRunning #ultramarathon
