The CSU just up and announced a major collaboration with ChatGPT without even bothering to do a performative task force first. Then they gleefully announced $2500 grants for professors to figure out how to use it in their classroom; so grants to make yourself obsolete in the eyes of the institution.

First kendo practice in three weeks (was sick for two, out of town for one) and now every part of my body feels like it has a cast-iron skillet attached to it. And it is great!
