If you don’t already use probiotics it’s worth a try; I was skeptical but I got a probiotic tea locally and drank a bit every day for a few weeks. It leveled out my immune responses remarkably well.

She and I had a nice conversation about this and that on the way to the ER. The paramedic gave me WTF face afterwards and I said a lot of older Vietnamese people speak French because it was a colony until the 50s.

Oh and one time I was riding along as a third EMT on an ambulance and we responded to an elderly woman having problems walking and speaking. It turned out she was Vietnamese and dispatch didn’t have anyone who could translate.
