This is one of the best Hollywood stories ever. If I could be half as entertained like this once a week, I'd still be a miserable-ish cunt, but at least I'd be entertained once a week. Baldwin's best performance (although he is a fully capable actor).

J Reitman is just an odd fig, he's always teetering so much between drama and comedy that I feel like if his films were subtitled they'd land better for me (it sounds rude saying I'd rather read than watch his movies, but I'm always on the cusp of it with his work).

I vividly remember watching American Movie back in 2003. Still one of my favorite documentaries and I've seen it at least five times. I highly recommend it.

One of the most relaxing TV specials of all time. BRAVO was kind of the shit in the 2000s. They also had that congenial ass celebrity poker show. If I was in a 'home for the elderly' during this time, I'd have died so contented.
