Aperture Flash Flies Again

Someone REAL angry at their landlord.
It seems like that's not the only issue. I'm not sure how it works, but there is a burst in a pipe somewhere past the neighbor units backing up into my basement.
I guess J-cloth/feminine products+ grease+cold= burst

I'm the end unit of a triplex, I purchased a former rental property. Turns out the plumbing is janky enough and old enough that the other two units, which are still rentals, are what are backing into my basement.

I don't know what the landlord did to piss the tenants off, but they flushed a shit ton of J-Cloth down the drain. They pulled out almost a full bucket worth.

The WORST

Super disappointed to have to turn down a Chilliwack BC run. My dispatcher has a nasty habit of offering me KILLER loads whenever I need to go home.

Hahah. I'm pretty sure they're just setting the bead on that one, I will still need to inflate it haha. If I was at that point with my tires I think I'd need to call a professional lol.

One tool that I don't often need, but will never be caught without, is the humble tire inflator Chuck.
Slap that thing in your supply airline, punch the red button, and boom, you got 100PSI in a flash. Just be careful inflating car tires! Lol.
Need to get that slow leak on my pickup dealt with...

Basically people who think they are "Chads" (strong, powerful self-assured men) but really are duds who take toxic masculinity as a positive trait. They are very often identified by their thin Blue line punisher stickers, among other things lol.

I would wager it's a lot of things. All the extra tech, generally poorer construction standards, cheaper materials, planned obsolescence?
And not every terminal maintains their expensive equipment particularly well either *coughBurfordCough*

Once again rescuing another load. Buddy's pump stopped working, so we are using our gravity pipes to feed from his trailer to my pump to the customers silo. Trouble is, his load has cooled, so it is VERY thick and slow.

YUP! Nothing has been a plague on this truck. I was talking with our lead mechanic and next time they have the truck at the terminal for a few hours we're just going to bypass the whole thing lol.
