Gonna share some Halloweenie threads. First up Spellcaster, which should be deeply terrible but ends up a pretty fun watch with charming effects

I love that she immediately grabs a knife at a strange sound, the gremlins hadn’t even shown up yet

The ending gets way more hardcore than I remembered, so 14/15 is probably a more appropriate age

Feels like a rewatch kind of night. Now watching Gremlins (1984). I think this movie has one of the best settings ever. A snowy small town at Christmas adds so much. Gremlins mayhem is so much worse in snow. This is also the 1st time I’ve noticed Jonathan Banks is in it 📽️ #horrorsky

Justice for Nancy

Would probably really depend on the kid. I think mostly yes. While not explicit, there are 2 attempted sexual assaults, but they are treated as unequivocally bad. I kid into spooky, witchy stuff would have a blast for it and its definitely a teen movie. But for 13 I'd probably recommend watching 1st

Highly recommended, its fun and witchy as hell
