I of course welcome the recognition of the state of Palestine.
And there won't be a Palestinian state left if government's continue enabling Israel's unfolding genocide.
Labour can't credibly support Palestinian statehood whilst also continuing to arm Israel.
The concept of trying to implement geoengineering solutions to #climate change is like trying to design a complicated, expensive, unreliable helmet while you're still hitting yourself in the head with a 2x4.

This is the playbook, folks.
If you're not paying attention now and doing something about it, then you're going to have to sit down the rest of your life because democracy is being taken away.
Do not be quiet in this moment.
The Conservatives started this experiment.
But Labour are fully on board too.
No 10 refuse to comment or take action - but we're all paying the price for corporate greed.

I'm at an event in Hammersmith with Sadiq Khan.
He has finally said he thinks what's happening in Gaza is a genocide.
Political pressure works. We must keep it up until they all speak the truth.
Stop selling arms to Israel. Ceasefire now.
The far-right is in its pomp. We will have to fight for our values like never before.

To stop Reform in their tracks and challenge this failing Labour government - we need to grow our team of MPs.
We're planning to have brilliant candidates across England & Wales.
Never been involved with politics before? That's fine. Often even ideal!

Charlie Kirk was killed for saying things "that used to be simple common sense," says Boris Johnson.
Here's a few of those things
βHe has been killed for saying things that used to be simple common sense. He has been killed because he had the courage to stand up publicly for reasonable opinions held by millions and millions of ordinary people both in the US and Britain.β
- Boris Johnson
Both of the co-founders of Turning Point USA died from things that were preventable, but which they mocked and urged this nation to ignore. Bill Montgomery was killed in 2020 by COVID and Charlie Kirk was killed in 2025 by gun violence.

I remember when they promised Brexit would do that.
I think the trouble is that a lot of people treat politics as a spectator sport, rather than something they get actively involved in - to deliver leaflets, knock on doors, fund raise, etc. The best antidote to pessimism is getting stuck in!

Climate action is popular because people want their children to live in a livable world.

The Government's expert adviser says that investing to upgrade from fossil fuels will save the UK nearly Β£40 billion a year, and rising. Electrifying everything avoids all that heat lost burning gas and oil.
Electrification isnβt a cost. Itβs the smartest investment we can make.

According to Starmerβs new law, this puts her in the same category as an ISIS or Al-Qaeda terrorist, with a prison sentence of up to 14 years.

Peaceful protest to stop a genocide has nothing to do with fascism - and the public know it.
