ADHD is putting off a thing for weeks, agonising over putting off the thing, catastrophising about putting off the thing, getting stressed about the catastrophising, contributing hours of energy to all of the above, then one day impulsively doing the thing and having it take 5 minutes.

The love of my life had to be an adult all day today sooo… naturally I slept in till 10, drank two cups of coffee on an empty stomach, disassociated while hunched over my laptop for hours, remembered to eat and then forgot again, and topped it off with arguably too much Chinese food.
