Thanks for the quick reply! Most other sites talking about the Rake say that the concept originated from an earlier 4chan discussion (before the story was written), is that true? And if so, did the name "The Rake" come from there / somewhere else, or did you come up with the name yourself?

Hi! Sorry to bug you, but I'm looking into old internet stories for a YouTube video and wanted to ask; were you the author of the original "The Rake" story published on your old site in 2006, or was that a repost from somewhere else?
