this is an embarrassing thing for this guy to say in public but also touches on something that constantly rankles me, which is the vague idea of "feeling unsafe" as a problem that someone else needs to solve for you regardless of whether you are actually unsafe or not

It's been sad to watch. I went all-in for him for 2016, & he had my support for 2020 until dropping out. I ended up voting for the Greens in both of those races. Sander's really tapped into an energy & voter base that's been ignored by the Dems. It's a shame that they continue to ignore us.

The previous admin was also exclusively composed of chodes. Chode domination of the Executive—and every other branch—of the government has been a big problem for decades.
But it's nice that more people are paying attention.
