Leading a through school brings unexpected joys…this morning I watched young people who I used to watch make cardboard forts and do phonics walk into their first GCSE exam. Very proud of this bunch.

This week had its challenges…first aid training wasn’t exactly what I was up for on Friday afternoon. Then the fake blood and scar wax came out and the fun began…let’s hope we never face wounds like this in real life, but rest assured we have a team who know how to dress them well 😂
