I think people underestimate how truly great professional athletes are at their given sport. I worked at a driving range for a bit and the number of guys who thought they could make the tour was hilarious. The hand eye coordination of these athletes is insane.

With so much bad shit going on in the world right now, it was a true pleasure to ride in the New Orleans Pride parade today with good friends. What joy and happiness and a true sense of community and love. It gave me some fuel for hope.

When you are not a fan of thunder in a city where there is a lot of thunder in the summer.

Watching the Andor season 2 finale and immediately rolling into Rogue One makes that ending really hit that much harder. I will miss you C-c-c-cassian.

I love video games. I am on my 4th play though of Days Gone (remastered) and I am still so sad that this game did not get the attention I think it deserved. This is a truly great game. I am also sad there will be no part 2. Also Sarah rocks.

June is hot but New Orleans (my adopted hometown) is one of the great cities in the US. That time of year the food should be amazing and cheaper. We would love to have you!

My younger son is writing his senior college thesis on corvid (crows, ravens, jays) co-evolutionary adaptation living among humans and how they can use human infrastructure to survive in the environment better. He has taught me just how cool crows are. This is a fascinating study.

My super smart CPA wife told me this just yesterday.

High on my list of pet peeves. Couple of these in my neighborhood and my dog always gets more agitated when it happens. If you can't control your dog immediately then bad things can ensue.

I am still bummed there will never be a Days Gone 2. I really love this game.

Having played a lot of D&D with my (now grown) kids, that film hit all the sweet spots.

Something to be said for living in a neighborhood where I can walk to the local brewery and catch a game. Also GTHC!

Anora is in incredible film. Mikey Madison deserved the Oscar and it was sweet and funny and sad and beautifully written and directed.

Nothing at Mardi Gras is better than the bands. They make the whole experience and I am always in awe of how great and hard working they are.
