Looking Back at Virtual GROGmeet 2025 Over the weekend of April 11-13, I had the pleasure of attending another online virtual roleplaying game convention. This time, I participated in Virtual GROGmeet 2025, hosted by The Grognard Files podcast. Additionally, Scott, my podcast partner on Titterpigs, and I were invited to host the opening event, an RPG-themed pub quiz on Thursday the 10th, which was a lot of fun.

I have been plugging away at this for some time, so pleased to have a date for you all.

FEB 13th - we’re back!!!!

Tonight's #DCC #Lankhmar with @blythygrog.bsky.social @thegrognardfiles.bsky.social @kitch66uk.bsky.social and Eddy (not a Bluesky person I think) where we succeeded in our interfere in the street gangs mission despite our dice trying to, and very nearly succeeding at, killing us.

We’re in FanBoy 3 or is it Vietnam? I can’t tell anymore! @thegrognardfiles.bsky.social is running Fall of Delta Green for us with @blythygrog.bsky.social @jonac.bsky.social @clownf1st.bsky.social

And have an end point in mind. It might be years in the future (it's a big campaign!) But always consider where it's going otherwise you and players could literally lose the plot I think. Can't discuss spoilers here but DM me of you like.

Not sure about tools but I think the key advice would be make the campaign your own. Use what's in there as you see fit. Don't follow the scenarios slavishly- use bits that work and ignore bits that don't.

Great fun. You've definitely got into the spirit of lankhmar.

Played an episode of Blake's 7 to check streaming from my home RAID was working properly. Realised the stories and acting were better than anything new from streaming in the last decade. Daughter agrees. Cancelled all five video streaming subscriptions.
