I'm looking for people who want to go on a neurodivergent deep dive on their favorite subject - preferably one I have no or little knowledge of.

I'm not trying to downplay the concerns around AI but most people who criticize these practices haven't been too worried about populations being displaced to make space for crops fed to farm animals or to give corporations access to more fresh water.

LLMs and AI in general put a strain on the planet but in a lot of aspects still not near what the meat industry has been doing ever since industrialized farming was introduced.

Trying to be more social but growing up as the "weird kid" it's hard to not spiral into "well this person now thinks I'm scum" after replying to an internet stranger's post.
