10+ Republicans just flipped in Montana and voted to kill a 25 year statute of limitations on trans care meant to end care, amended it down to 4 years.

This may not seem like a big deal, but it's huge. It's the most Republicans I've seen flip like this in recent memory.

Two BIG wins in Motnana!

We killed two anti-trans bills today (a drag ban & a bill requiring CPS to remove trans kids from parents).

I'm so grateful for Montana Democrats, who have stood unwavering in their support of trans rights. And grateful to all the Republicans who said enough is enough.

New German, Swiss, And Austrian Guidelines Recommend Trans Youth Care, Slam Cass Review The recommendations, released by the Association of the Scientific Medical Societies in Germany, come at a time when US politicians erroneously claim that Europe is "pulling back" on transgender care.

Breaking: A federal judge sides with Washington, Oregon, and Minnesota and has just blocked Trump's anti-trans EO banning care under the age of 19 via a TRO.

This is the second federal judge in a row to conclude that the President's EO is likely unconstitutional.

And it looks like it’s official. Trump is ignoring court orders.

The rubicon has been crossed.

Ken Klipperstein leaked full passport guidance for trans people:

- X markers will be a focal point
- Existing unexpired passports will remain good
- No guidance on confiscation, but it doesn’t seem like they will
- Renewals less clear but it looks like they will use “a preponderance of evidence”

This is my red line. I don't care if you are a local activist or a hospital CEO, a shelter administrator or a school teacher or the head of the Democratic Party.
