I don't think these are planned. He pretty clearly had a stroke the last time. When he reemerged his speech was slurred and one side of his face was drooping.

I think when people use it as a reason to like, help at a soup kitchen, it's harmless. I think when it's used to indoctrinate bigotry or conquer and enslave people, it's quite bad. I think its net impact on human history is overwhelmingly negative.

I'm genuinely confused what they're pretending their problem is with him. He's American. Are they flat out publicly declaring that it's bad to let any Hispanic person have any American platform? They usually have at least SOME kind of dog whistle for their racism.

The standard is actually slightly lower than that. It doesn't have to support a conviction, just be enough to bring the charge. They only need probable cause, not proof beyond a reasonable doubt. That's why "no bills" are so rare, and a string of them is such proof that the prosecutor is out of line

I think the point is, announce this before SCOTUS rules, to discourage them from handing the White House that kind of power. It's just a thought experiment because Dems would never do it, and this SCOTUS would just ignore it knowing full well that they could and would reverse themselves later.
