08.09.2025 00:29 β π 3 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Rob from Penn State. Technically, a 9.88 mile race at the end of the month... but I'm just using it as part of a training run for my half in October. #runchat
08.09.2025 00:26 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Run a different route. It can get mentally fatiguing running the same bread & butter routes over & over again
25.08.2025 00:36 β π 5 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Early morning, before sunrise. I'd even rather run at midnight than at dawn

11.08.2025 00:30 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0That I gave it up after high school (injuries, thinking I couldn't run competitively anymore)... until I discovered years later that I actually could still do it
11.08.2025 00:25 β π 5 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Carly Pearce. I don't really follow her career or know many of her songs, but I have mad respect for any musician who runs long distance & it'd be fun to discuss music & running with her
11.08.2025 00:21 β π 3 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Ha, that's awesome! π
11.08.2025 00:10 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Injury free & just able to get out there. Any run is a good run.

28.07.2025 00:36 β π 4 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0A3) when you live in Penn's woods it's nothing but hills. But the local YMCA happens to be located in a residence that happens to be flat & fast. So for an ego boost, I'll run 5-6 miles there every so often to run off some ridiculously fast training times π #runchat
28.07.2025 00:31 β π 7 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Normally four days a week, with a long run on the weekend. I'll bump it up to 5 days when training for a half, or up to 6 when training for a marathon. 80% of runs are slow runs.
28.07.2025 00:18 β π 6 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I ran in high school & then went on hiatus as a young adult. But I started back up again 11 years ago & have stuck to a regular running schedule ever since then
