i had this cardamom latte from a local cafe a while back and i literally could not stop thinking abt it until i remembered I HAVE CARDAMOM!!!! I HAVE AN ESPRESSO MACHINE!!! 11/10 i'm on my second cardamom latte of the day

my issue is that i fast and then once i finally eat i eat it so quickly that i don't even feel full once i'm done and i eat more!! so i'm gonna try n have more self control today, eat slowly w lots of sips of water in between 🙏
