In Kawagoe today. Found a traditional footwear shop. The owner was nice and was willing to make geta on the spot for my monster feet and I could choose the cord colours.

That I don’t know. Mine was a mixture of potato starch and flour.

No oil at all!

Dinner tonight. Lentil soup and air fryer karage.
