From a political perspective, the BBC, for example, could be scaremongering about a left wing government because they feel it will harm economic growth.

The words must be "creative" economic growth. The heading of the question is different to the options. It's no accident.

Words matter.

In a couple of areas, this questionnaire fudges "economic growth" with "*creative* economic growth". A major difference with a political impact.
