Our district decided to make the Presidents’ Day weekend a full week off, so starting earlier and adding that in gets us out two days earlier than usual. I’d much rather get out earlier in June if we’re going to keep starting this early.

Five hours setting up my classroom today. Year 28 starts earlier than usual for our district and the school calendar doesn’t give us a dedicated day to set things up for the first time ever.

But, I accomplished almost everything on my list.
