So I don't even know what this question implies tbh. Without added card draw you'll see what 15% of your deck each game so on that front probably and the effects of card draw are exaggerated in a game of commander because of it since the effectiveness of cards varies so wildly.

You know what I'd like to see red get? More Cast from Graveyard stuff. Like more Flashback and the like. Or maybe more Pull from Eternity effects

Red probably has some of the most unique and kind of Worst card advantage commanders. Its evasion Keywords Haste and Menace really dont support its sort of Coastal Piracy style effects that well but I do really like the idea of red getting more Coastal Piracy style effects
