“The chorus hints at the idea of ‘thin places’ when it says ‘on the coastline of forever’,” he explains, referencing the locales where the distance between heaven and Earth collapses. “But that could be spiritual discovery, the rush of love, or just a good drunken walk home on a beautiful night.”

“This one was a shot at the kind of drunk on light, ecstatic intoxication quality that a lot of my favourite art works with, from William Blake to a song like ‘Vapour Trail’,” says frontman Adam Morrow.
