The deadly attack on a detention facility in Saβada, Yemen, resulted in a high number of casualties, many of whom were migrants. We are supporting the Yemen Red Crescent Society, which has been evacuating the wounded, and leading the dignified management of the dead. Also, we are providing medical supplies to nearby hospitals caring for those injured. All parties to conflict must respect and protect civilians, including people deprived of their liberty.
