She grew up with a Vietnamese best friend and most of her friends have parents who immigrated from other countries. So shes introduced me to many wonderful dishes.

Never thought a day would come where I’d actually eat it but she mixes soy sauce, honey and siracha and pan sears it to a nice golden crisp. It’s super delicious.

I just recently started eating spam only because of the way my daughter cooks it with Asian sauces over rice and fried eggs. So Span is my choice.
