So much of this was solved with: cutting my nails outside.
Suddenly, I could handle the garbages, the dishes, the fridge cleaning, the grocery list, and even organizing the bedroom. So, now I'm ready to do groceries first thing tomorrow with energy to get me through it.

Brains, man. Silly things.

I can't go grocery shopping until I make the list, I can't make the list since the kitchen is dirty, plus I should clean out the fridge so I know For Sure what I need to get, but the counters are full of dishes so I can't clean the fridge out, and I can't do the dishes because my nails are too long

The way dysfunctional brains work is so frustrating sometimes. I *couldn't* go get groceries because I'd need to shower, but I can't shower because the garbage needs to be taken out, but I shouldn't do that until I trim my nails, but I can't trim my nails until I have a shower, yadda yadda yadda 😵‍💫

The combo punch knocked me out last time, so while it's inconvenient I do them separately now :(
