It’s more about the rate than the speed I think. Something to do with the refresh rate on the screen and the shutter speed “matching” it.

Not sure if I’m understanding you correctly but… it’s usually shutter speed. So if you have manual settings, adjust the shutter speed to 1/15s, 1/30s, 1/60s
