Stephanie Weaver, MPH, author of the upcoming memoir Bitter, sweet. Fawning by Dr. Ingrid Clayton Why the Need to Please Makes Us Lose Ourselves and How to Find Our Way Back

SO excited, this book will be a game-changer for anyone who has experienced trauma, the 4th trauma response is Fawning. This book is the most important self-help book of this decade and Ingrid is the real deal. See my review here: sweavermph.substack.com/p/emotional-...

One of my pet peeves is that they'll ask influencers to read, etc and want us to post on pub day but then NONE of those posts are ever amplified by their much larger accounts. I used to do an actual show promoting books and not one Big Five EVER did any amplification.
