Meine Prognose ist, daß die CDU sich durchsetzen und die SPD klein bei- und Frauke Borsius-Gersdorf aufgeben wird.

Die geschätzten Mitbürger vom rechten Rand haben sich bisher selten als zugänglich für Argumente ausgezeichnet und die SPD arbeitet eh hart daran bedeutungslos zu werden.

AFAIK the whole "(lots of) reading will damage your eyes" is a myth/misinformation.

As the other person said, it's important to take regular breaksand have good contrast (but not too much).

As some other folks already mentioned: you can turn notification summaries off.
And not only can you turn them off altogether, you can turn them off on a PER-APP BASIS.

Maybe this is less of a problem than you make it to be.
