At the 15 year anniversary of my Desaturated Santa costume for Santacon, a friend of mine saw someone doing the costume again! In Colorado. Cool! It lives on! Best art project I ever did, I think.

Are you using ceramic inks or underglaze and the silkscreen medium? Your level of detail is incredible. Wow. These are all fantastic! I keep trying this sort of thing and failing miserably.

It's not hugely different from gatekeeping I've experienced as a woman in other hobbies- this one just feels more explicit and thorough in its sexism/racism/tribalism.

It's also a thing where women try and join the community and are immediately turned off by the misogyny and actively discriminated against. It's not welcoming, it's immature and it's basically one big sexist 4chan intrusive thought made manifest. Why would any smart woman spend time there?

Interesting point. I used to think I wanted stuff on the back because if it's on the front, half of it gets eaten by disappearing under my big ol tiddies. I guess the best available shirt space is the front, top third.
