Such a powerful and sadly necessary campaign from More Than A Cyclist, whose mission is to make cycling safer by putting a human face to people who ride bikes.

Everton fans seek answers over Bramley-Moore transport
An official Everton supporters’ group has written an open letter to Liverpool Council and Metro Mayor Steve Rotheram in the aftermath of the club’s first test event at Bramley-Moore Dock. On Monday
There's a pretty mega looking cycle lane running past the new stadium. Does anyone know if @evertonfc.com have done any work to promote cycling as an effective means of shifting lots of people? What's the cycle storage like at Bromley Moore?
Not mentioned at all here, obvs 🤷♂️

Pleasantly surprised to turn the corner onto Jamaica Street in #liverpool and find this new bit of infrastructure. Would be better if it was all the way down, but it’s a start.
Also already being used by other groups who benefit from active travel infrastructure too.

Deconstructed: The BBC's Panorama e-bike segment and its many flaws
BBC Panorama has published a segment that is unduly critical and often flatly incorrect about the e-bike. Cycling Electric responds.
Last night's BBC #Panorama was the latest in a long road of poor examples of the press 'educating' the public about electric bikes, conflating them with e-motorbikes. This, shops tell me, is driving real economic harm & job losses. My deconstruction here:

Interesting Wirral Active Travel Forum yesterday. Council is definitely moving in the right direction. Especially around the acceptance that previous cyclops roundabouts in Greater Liverpool have very much been "copying the Dutch's homework poorly, without understanding the problem".

Fossil fuels are now arguably a more pressing health threat than smoking. So why don't we respond in the same way?

You could either vote to keep the route as it is, or to see it improved at either end (where the route currently gives up!)

Make our streets safer and easier to get around by walking, cycling, or wheeling.
