As a lawyer, I’m begging all the court watchers out there to stop being such lawyers about it. They are nakedly political. Their reasoning, when they deign to write any, is lipstick on a pig. The people need to understand that. Tell them plainly.

What they’re doing is not judging. It is a different thing. It is weaponizing a power center to serve fascism, shred the constitution, and steal your freedoms.

Not “conservatives”, not “originalists”, not honorable judges with a different ideology.
