Serious illness or disability won’t happen to them and IF it does, they will be able to afford it.

The reality is it only takes one catastrophic event to change your life, especially in a country that doesn’t guarantee healthcare for all.

The digestive and allergic issues that can accompany Long Covid are very destructive to quality of life.

Starving people is a weapon of control. So, too, is controlling and attacking the media, attacking science and higher ed, and using the military against citizens and innocent people. All weapons of control.

There can be no social justice without disability justice.

I don’t care who you are, the one thing that links all of the -isms and bigotries together and sets them on fire is eugenics and ableism.

They’ve been playing you all the entire time. There is no progress in this country for ANYTHING without equity for disabled people.

If we as a country cared about disability and therefore healthcare and access, they would not be building AI centers in Black neighborhoods.

Treatments that are never going to be one size fits all for an illness with over 200 symptoms. It’s just so frustrating to see the siloed approach when the community is so connected and we see how that realistically isn’t going to work. But our opinions fall on unwilling ears.
