I'm right there with you!! Vegan is definitely a great and wholesome lifestyle. Not to mention really delicious food. Finding new, easy recipes to try all the time. When I switched I really thought I would miss the cheese, but I really don't which surprised me a lot!

I totally agree with you on this. I never understood it when I could still go out like that. I miss those times of solitude in nature. They were so healing.
