WTF?!? Border Czar Tom Homan claimed that ICE and Border Patrol agents don’t need probable cause to detain people they suspect are undocumented, saying they can do so based on factors like physical appearance. This is straight-up racial profiling, not law enforcement.

Call your senators, demand they shut the Senate down.

If that’s what they do to a United States Senator with a question, imagine what they can do to any American that dares to speak up. We will hold this administration accountable.

Weaponizing law enforcement to kick this man out of that press conference was an attack on the people of the USA.

Senator Padilla’s job is to ask questions of Sec Noem. He works for the people, and Sec Noem rejected his voice, which is our voice, from petitioning our grievances.

First member of Congress that law enforcement puts hands on is Latino, U.S. Senator Alex Padilla. Congress people are the watchers, should not be treated like this.

DHS Sec Noem & FBI say Senator Padilla didn’t identify himself. Not true. He said:

“I’m Senator Alex Padilla, I have questions…”

Democrats are demanding answers, but the authoritarian Trump administration responds by arresting a United States Senator and continuing to leave Americans in the dark.
