1 season, 12 episodes, I binged the whole thing since last night.

The main characters are twins, and it definitely goes where you immediately guess it will, which isn’t generally my thing but by the end I was rooting for them.

Like, I have to turn it off to watch Strange New Worlds or the Barbie movie, but I can leave it on for MST3K or The Nanny or The House That Dripped Blood or whatever and I don’t see it anymore.

I have terrible news: a few months ago my tv broke and it keeps turning Auto Motion Smoothing Plus back on, so I generally just leave it on and I’ve gotten used to it.

The only exceptions are movies or tv shows with good, hd video. But for old b movies and cheap tv shows I don’t notice it anymore.

I hate that any time I see a YouTube video for relaxing music now I have to stare at the thumbnail to see if the architecture on the coffee shop or library or whatever is nonsensical.

When we saw it opening night there was a group of teens in casual cosplay including a kid with a Spider-man Halloween costume.

When we left I saw them all walking out sad and heartbroken.

I got motion sick playing Black Flag, not from the ships but from the side to side camera swinging when Edward runs. I got as far as Havana and had to stop. It was a sad day.

I'm waiting for Shadows to get cheap (and have a year of updates), so I'll pick it up late.

I kind of hated Valhalla, but really dug Mirage despite some janky dialogue scenes.

And yeah, fuck Ubisoft.

I've fallen hard for the Assassin's Creed games.

AC Origins (the Egypt one) is my favorite, but I have the most hours in AC Odyssey - it's endlessly replayable, and the world is kind of structured like a single player MMO.

Of the earlier games, AC 1, Unity, and Syndicate are the most relaxing.
