Can we align with Wyoming lawmakers to agree that anthropogenic greenhouse gases are atmospheric contaminants, emitted by planes and other combustion sources with the effect of modifying the atmosphere, and ban them on those grounds?

If Wyoming lawmakers are willing to ban the release of atmospheric contaminants, can we include anthropogenic greenhouse gases in that category, and really stop modification of the atmosphere in this way? That would actually be useful.

More businesses, especially ones where you spend time there, should offer this. Just a pity none are sold secure gold, which would prevent someone's insurance from paying out if the bike was stolen, but a good start.
