Those look amazing. And squash are usually heart-breakers for me, thanks to the darned squash vine borer. I've had better luck this year by wrapping tulle (wedding veil netting) around the stem at the base. So far so good.

Sweet soy is unfamiliar to me, so that's interesting. The original recipe sounds great, though.
