1. Practice more,

2. Understand that there will always be people that are better at a given thing than you, and that's okay. That doesn't diminish your ability or your enjoyment of that thing.

Last night I started brainstorming for my holiday romcom. I was jotting down holiday romcom tropes because I love subverting tropes in my scripts.
